Metered street parking enforced Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. The former Oil Capital of the World now makes its money on parking tickets ($25) and they write ’em quick. It’s only $1 per hour to park for a max of 2 hours, which you can renew by app or kiosk as soon as time expires.

Did you know that Oklahoma is the birthplace of the parking meter? You won’t find them anymore, so download ParkMobile app or pay at blue kiosks on street corners. Know your vehicle’s plate number and the parking zone found on street signs.

Parking Garages in Tulsa

An underground garage with two entrances is near 100 East 2nd Street (Street view on Google maps) just east of the Hyatt Regency. It costs $2 per 30 minutes or $10 daily max. It’s attached to the hotel but run by the city and open 24/7. This is a great option for the tunnel tour or downtown + 1 tunnel tour that both begin in the Hyatt Regency.

Closer to our office, Philtower garage seen below is less reliable in capacity and janky elevators. It’s on Cincinnati b/t 4th - 5th St north of Tulsa Club Hotel.
