Plenty of coffee shops do not roast their own beans. We’ve listed our favorite shops and roasters below. Whether you’re meeting a client, catching up with friends, studying by yourself, or driving thru on-the-go, check out these best coffee shops in Tulsa.
DoubleShot Coffee
This destination roaster is a coffee connoisseur’s dream in a reassembled two-story barn circa 1850. Expect top-notch coffee and delicious baked goods made on-site at reasonable prices. Just don’t ask for decaf or sweetener. Portlandia’s coffee shop manifesto scene was based on DoubleShot. It gets crowded but there are various areas to meet, read, or work — including two patios.

Pony Coffee
“Grab a cup of giddyup” at Tulsa’s hippest java joint. Housed in a former bicycle shop, the vibe is homey and eclectic. Pony roasts coffee from Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Tanzania and gets baked treats from Saint Amon in south Tulsa. While not a great setting to focus on work, Pony is perfect for catching up with friends with its upstairs nooks, covered back porch, and outdoor benches. A spacious lot makes parking a breeze.

Dweller at Brut Hotel
A minute down the road from DoubleShot and Pony is the trendy and tropical Brut Hotel. Their lobby coffee lounge features plants and wooden tables. Sip outside in the shaded garden or panoramic rooftop in nice weather.
